Never Any Problems
"Response to Trip Advisor Question - Their rates are good, anybody know if these Guys are any good ? I've used them for Years, as have other people at work. Never any problems. They've always been cheaper when i've looked online. However if I remember correctly if you book online you get their best rate. Other Online Transfer Companies use them and charge you more, so book direct to get the best price. Good company with good prices. You can Give them a call, but i normally just book online."

"Very short notice we were able to arrange a return journey at our needed times. We where emailed and told return taxi would be waiting in express car park, but we did note read the instructions clearly and there were other cars! in all the madness we did not call the driver on the number provided. It was very cold and after 2 am, we were delayed after having to wait over an hour to get our baggage, 4 other planes arrived at the same time compounding to the chaos. a very Noisy baggage area. Luckily our driver saved us by calling us!!! he was here and waiting and he told me he would enter the airport immediately, he'd been waiting in the local garage for my call, we met up and got in car. We where tried and cold he helped with the bags and it was amazing to get in the car and to be away from the mayhem. he was excellent! kind and a very nice chap - well done 5 stars"

"We recently used Newcastle Airport Transfers to travel from the airport to Carlisle and a return journey 2 days later. I was with my 2 sons, unfamiliar with the route, which left us open to being taken advantage of. So we were super happy to get a book a set fare. However it wasn't really needed, Keith the owner was great he didn't take advantage of us and give give us his best rate and a discount code... yee haa
in any way. they where excellent, polite and very friendly and made us feel comfortable throughout both journeys. His online price was the cheapest we found, it is also extremely important to me that taxis are clean, Im a bit OCD, l like this and both cars where spotless!! I can highly recommend Newcastle airport transfers and will be using them again should we transferring be from Newcastle airport again"
